We invest $500K–$5M in preferred equity for revenue-generating companies scaling beyond $1M ARR.
Our capital is designed to be founder-friendly, providing growth financing without requiring founders to give up control or governance.
Investments are structured to generate ~10–12% annualized yield alongside equity participation through warrants. We underwrite to total returns of ~2.0x–3.0x over a 2–5 year horizon, translating to ~20–30% IRRs depending on timing and exit outcomes.
